  Been to bonefish for years and this location several times. Today tho 11/23/25, very disappointed for $85 fish was undercooked & fishy tasting with a bad aftertaste, bread was smaller than usual, and everything else tasted pre frozen or pre made … not fresh as we have experienced before. Don’t think we will be back for this amount of money, my tastebuds can be satisfied somewhere else for less money. Thanks for the memories though-KG

  Great experience at Bonefish Grill in Lexington! Chandler was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

  Went for lunch, the place was practically empty. Their lunch specials are a good value. The food was hot, very flavorful. Waiter was patient as we went to catch up. Decor was lacking, more like a fancy cafeteria.

  I had such a terrible dining experience on Saturday evening. Once my party had sat down, the server greeted us without telling us her name. She said it was her 2nd day (and I completely understand how intimidating that can be coming from working in this industry as well). We ordered cocktails and appetizers from the start. Both took forever to get. (Waters came out after cocktails and apps). The server still hasn't told us her name. The apps came out ice cold. The server did get us a new order but it also took a long time and they came out luke warm. At this point, we just wanted to order dinner. (The restaurant wasn't even busy, maybe 20 covers.) Server came back about 20 minutes later to take our order, never refilled a water glass, never did a check back and didn't clear any bread plates off the table (thank goodness she didn't give us app plates cause we wouldn't have had room since no pre buss happened). Our food came out in a slightly timing manner. Another server dropped our food off. Everything was super salty. My partner and I split food (still no plates were brought for splitting) also, not one single plate was yet cleared off our table. I had to stop the server to order another cocktail, which she forgot about so I had to stop her again and remind her. At this point we were ready to go but I knew I needed that cocktail cause I had no idea when I would see her again. The cocktail got brought out fast after asking a 2nd time. (Again, no plates have been cleaned off). We had asked for boxes and our checks at the same time. Didn't see the server for about another 15 minutes. No checks or boxes brought when we finally seen her again and ONCE AGAIN we had to flag her down. The check was supposed to be split and we informed her that as soon as we sat down, it wasn't split. At this point I was beyond ready to leave cause I knew it would take her forever to bring the correct checks. I was in town visiting family and was on a timeframe and no dinner should take 2 1/2 hours for such a terrible dining experience. I always like to give places another try but with this being my first time here and the most worst experience I've ever had, I won't Be going back.

  I'm giving 5 stars, not for the food or atmosphere, although both are fine, but 5 stars is for the service. My husband has alpha gal and eating out can literally be taking your life in your hands. We explained to the waitress that his salmon could not be cooked on the same area of grill as beef, no dairy in sauces, etc. She was very nice about it. Zoey I believe was her name. She even brought him plain olive oil for his bread bc of the rosemary. Then the manager came over and asked us a few questions and offered to cook his salmon on a separate pan. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very accommodating and we are grateful. My husband's plate was empty before I could get a pic. 😁
