At other Blue Sushi locations, I've gotten used to having to wait 30+ minutes after they say the food will be ready but here it was ready right on time! That said, the rolls themselves were subpar compared to the other locations I've visited. A lot of them fell apart when trying to pick them up and they just weren't constructed very well. The flavor was okay. So what they made up for in fast service, they missed the mark on the actual food. I don't know why I keep going to Blue Sushi restaurants LOL

The crab Rangoon and Hotel Cali rolls were delicious. Our server, Gabrielle, was fantastic—so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!
