  The food was good but when it came to the employees, that was horrible. They was rude and just looked at me when I ask for sauce. Just made everyone feel uncomfortable. Then the bathroom was disgusting and toilet didn't work.

  Idk who this person is they have working at the window during lunch times but she has the worst attitude. The last few times I've come through there I get the same thing. A large number 10 5 piece with a large curly fries and a large coke zero. I order it exactly like that. I said large 3 separate times. Every order has been a small or medium every single time. So today I decided to ask. I asked if the cup was a large she said "No you ordered a medium that's how I rung it up" I told her "I said large 3 times, can I please get a large?" She rolled her eyes at me and grabbed a cup and dumped the already poured coke into the new up and filled it the rest of the way and then REFUSED to even look in my direction when handing me stuff. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I know it's fast food and I know most people that come through the drive thru suck. But I'm always polite and was still polite today despite the attitude. Put her in the back or on the lobby, she clearly hates the drive thru.

  Ordered the smokehouse brisket combo. Cold fries and the sandwich was very insubstantial and drenched in barbecue sauce. This Arby's apparently does not have the meats. My view from the drive though revealed a cluttered messy space which is never a good sign.
