Took about 10 minutes to get through the line even though there was only two cars in front of us. Not sure if they were understaffed or there was an insane with an order ahead of us.

We were very unenthusiastically greeted by a lady wearing a bandana (did not get her name). we did have 4 separate orders which we understand is inconvenient, but we always tip greatly :) she sighed and was like “ugh i guess”, making us all feel uncomfortable. we all ordered (which took maybe 3 minutes) and as she walks away she catches eyes with her coworker and goes “UGH OMG 4 ORDERS” right in front of us… it was so rude and you could tell we were inconveniencing her the entire time. this is my 2nd time dealing with this employee as i came earlier this week and she had the same attitude when i simply ordered one drink. safe to say we will not be coming back to this location as this employee was so rude and condescending to us having one simple request.

She said yeah that's what this is. I said no it isn't, could I please get a drip coffee? I prefer drip coffee because they let the espresso shots sit too long and get bitter. They took back my drink and waited a minute and then handed me back the same exact Americano.
