The quality of the bakery and coffee is terrible. I honestly rather just go to the Starbucks down the road. I’m already paying a lot, but it seems everything is just rushed. No quality control to speak of.
The service is at least decent, but you can tell some employees don’t want to be there and it reflects on their customer service.
The lobby is always dirty, I haven’t once seen anyone clean it. The parking lot is unsafe! Drivers will fly around into the drive thru with out looking! The road it self is in disrepair. Giant pot whole out front!
Always homeless people hanging around, can be very scary especially in the early morning or late evening.

This review is based on many visits to this location over the past year or two. Between my husband & I, we stop here 1–3 times a week because it’s close to our house and on the way to work.
Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating. We always order ahead through the Dunkin app, and our order is very simple: two orders of omelet bites & two donuts. Yet, more often than not, we’re handed only half of it—usually one order of bites instead of two, and occasionally missing a donut as well. I would say this happens 8 times out of 10.
When we point out the missing items, we’re typically asked to pull around and park so they can bring out the rest. That would be understandable once in a while, but it happens so frequently that it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead in the first place.
At this point, we’ve come to expect that something will be missing every time we visit, which is disappointing considering how often we stop here. We keep hoping the consistency will improve, but so far it hasn’t.
I ranked the food low on this review because it is almost always either undercooked, squished, or stale.
Ordering ahead should make things easier for both the customer and the staff, but here? It usually just means making two stops at the drive-thru window and taking twice the amount of time. And never with an apology or acknowledgement.
