  Placed an order on line. Waited 30 minutes for it to receive an email my order was cancelled. Was on hold for 45 minutes then “got disconnected” called again was on hold again just for them to tell me my order was cancelled for no reason and I need to go online and place my order again. He couldn’t take it over the phone. If he was nice about it that’s one thing but absolutely rude customer service!

  We order delivery from them often unfortunately because they’re the closest location. We do contactless delivery because we have a barking dog and a baby who naps. They still knock. Our orders are wrong every single time and undercooked. The quality from this location compared to Richmond is vastly different. Missing ingredients, missing drinks etc etc. . We ordered an extravaganza and somehow get a half and half ? Last time we ordered we had to call and get our pizza remade and the pizza was still wrong !

  My bread bites are ROCK bites! They tried telling me that they go in the oven for 7 minutes on a belt which I understand, I’ve worked at a pizza place for 3 years. I know how it works, it’s when orders get backed up and not taken off the belt as they come out, causes the rest of the food to not come through and it gets overcooked and they STILL sent it out like this. I WILL NEVER GET FOOD HERE AGAIN! It’s sad when I always ordered from here and never had a problem…

  The AI phone ordering system is absolutely terrifying and makes me never want to order from here again. Terrible.

  I ordered two medium pizza's via the $6.99 deal and this is what they sent me. I couldn't eat the crust and i had to spit out the bacon because it was way too hard. They completely overcooked my pizzas. I also asked for regular crust but i got garlic. I called the store right away and the guy told me he would be right back and then never came back. i sat on hold for 30 min and never talked to anyone. I finally spoke with somebody today and they said that the issue with the crust being garlic and not regular was a problem through the app and not with them that i must have accidentally clicked on garlic however i triple checked it definitely said regular she said well i must not have saved it. And then she responded to the pizzas being over cooked that that couldn't have been the case because the ovens are automatic ovens. However if nobody takes the pizza out of the oven it gets overcooked which is obviously the case here. I got credited $14 out of $25. I couldn't get the full $25 credited to me because i couldn't talk to anyone the day it happened even though I did call several times I have the call logs to prove it. So Not only do I get told that I was the thing that messed up the order and also lied about the pizzas being overcooked but now I don't even get credited the full amount. So if i want my two fresh pizzas i still have to put at least $10 with it to get it. All i want is what i payed for. But now that im feeling some kind of way about it i think some lava cakes are in order as well.
