  I was really impressed with this DQ. They were super busy and, while there was wait, the crew took care of it professionally. I have to say this was the best food I have ever had a DQ. Totally recommend.

  I wish I could give zero stars. The food is great, the customer service is horrible. I was rushed during my order after waiting for them. I simply told them to take their time but as im telling them what I want, I get interrupted to ask what drink and what ice cream, although I wasn't finished customizing my entree. She then asked anything else and I indicate I would like a side of ranch. She ASSUMES I want to replace my gravy with ranch and doesnt charge me for the side. As a result, I didn't get the gravy. I asked her for it and i get told its an upcharge since I got ranch instead of gravy, I let her know I asked for a side of ranch not a replacement and that also it should be included with my cheese curds since I declined mariana. Regardless, I was happy to give her my card a second time. I said thank you 4 times in total and couldn't get it back once. I will NEVER be back just for the simple fact the face of their company has no manners and should not work in customer service. Its hard to get good workers, lord do I know but it is not hard to be a decent human being. Update : she gave me coke instead of Dr. Pepper

  Straight up told me they had no chocolate ice cream smh I'm sorry I thought this was dairy queen... Would give 0 stars but can't

  It was a small dairy queen. Not very clean. The server was nice, and we got our shakes in a timely fashion. I would have given a higher score if it had been clean.

  So rude I ordered a Blizzard online and went through the drive-thru. I was told to pull up to the window, but when I got there, they said they never received my order. One employee politely explained that this had happened before, which I appreciated. However, another employee approached with a rude tone let me see your app “how can u even order without a app” I explained that I ordered through Google, not the app, and showed my receipt and bank confirmation. She responded, “It’s pending — that doesn’t mean it’s paid,” and walked away without further explanation. Since I didn’t want to ruin my day, I paid again at the window for the Blizzard. Unfortunately, I was charged twice. The way the situation was handled — especially the rude attitude — was very unprofessional. I will not be returning.
