  Ordered my wife a medium blizzard and in her first bite was a long hair. Asked for a refund and was told she couldn't do that, the best she could do is take my name and I can come back next week. Needless to say we had words, due to how rude and unprofessional she was.

  Ordered a medium smores blizzard and the first bite was along hair.So my husband politely handed it back to the employee and told her he would like his money back there was a hair in it, handed her the hair and the blizzard. The employee threw everything away, we asked again for a refund for the medium blizzard. They grab who I can assume was the manager , so my husband asked politely again, she wanted the hair and blizzard her employee threw away, but because it was in the garbage she couldnt refund us, So she told us the best she could due was come back another time for a free blizzard??? Her and my husband had words, due to how unprofessional and rude she was. Do better.

  Almost had a public restroom accident bc they make u order while they withhold the bathroom key just out of reach. Oh and will charge for condiments. -1000/10

  I'm a doordasher I went in there and pick up a door dash and the manager was rude The way he talks to customers is wrong I would not eat at that dairy Queen The manager is the biggest smart ass anybody looking for a job I would not apply at that dairy Queen at all
