  We waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes tonight (once in the drive through we were boxed in and unable to leave). The line wasn’t moving, so one of us got out and tried the door to the dining room, which was locked (notably, 30 minutes before posted close time). Once we eventually got up to the speaker to order, it was broken. Finally, the vehicle in front of us got up to the window - the woman working promptly locked the window and walked away. The employees started shutting off the lights, and yelled “we’re closed” - 10 minutes before posted close, with at least 7 other cars behind us also trapped in line. Due to the construction of the drive through, this was particularly aggravating given most of the cars in line (us included) were unable to escape the long line after getting tired of waiting, and there was no warning prior to getting in line that the speaker was broken, the store was experiencing delays, and employees would be shutting down early. Next time we’ll go somewhere else for our ice cream fix.

  Speakers broken so you can’t even talk and see menu, you have to pull up to the window. Once at the window the lady asks us what we want, and we order. She walks away as i’m grabbing my credit card and doesn’t come back. we wait for a solid 2 minutes and someone comes to the window and i hear them ask if we have ordered to the girl we ordered to. the lady comes back and hands us a snickers blizzard when i had ordered a s’mores one. i’m allergic to peanuts. my friend also asked for vanilla soft serve with rainbow jimmies. they gave her vanilla soft serve with cotton candy crunchy pop rock looking things. do not go here unless you don’t mind a order mess up.

  Was waiting in the drive through earlier and was told they weren’t taking any more orders due to technical difficulties (which is fine i understand that), and so i pulled through to leave and the lady in front of me got her food so I just pulled up to the window to confirm that no orders were being taken and I asked politely and the lady started getting really rude saying “Nope!! No!! No orders it’s not healthy for you!!” Or something and she was banging on the metal window ledge when she said it.. all I did was ask a question, I get you might be having a hard day but why’d you have to let it out on me for??

  First of all, we walked in placed look really dirty. Went to order food and didn’t fulfill our orders correctly. The blizzards were literally soupy. No ice, no ketchup. Everyone looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Saved some customers that were walking in and told them to get going and don’t stop there to eat. It was just bad. I’m upset.

  Ordered a 6 piece chicken basket, got all the way back to work to this. A 3 piece with no toast. Literally half of my order was missing! Left a voicemail to speak to a manager because I couldn’t return back to the restaurant, no call back.
