Butcher Shop
Customers called him “Butch” (short for “Butcher”), but to our family he was Grandpa Amos and the founder of Critchfield Meats. This little composite above reminds us of our roots and Grandpa Amos’ little old-fashioned butcher shop. He taught us well. He taught us how to select and cut fine meats to perfection and the necessity of putting customer needs first. Grandpa Amos made owning and operating our family business enjoyable for everybody, especially the customers. Maybe that's why personalized customer service is such an important part of our business today. The knowledge and skills Grandpa Amos passed on to us are virtually unattainable these days. And at the heart of it all, you could say we are just fun-loving chips off the old butcher block. Yep, we inherited a lot from Grandpa Amos, not to mention our receding hairlines. Then again, just imagine how much we've been able to save in haircuts over the years.

I was looking dor the BBQ and the Beer cheese on that lovely hunk of meet. I will cherish everyday i can afford to shop here and eat a great lunch with my brother. The chicken to me is too salty and the individual piecea of dessert are way over priced. I also enjoy the salt risen bread they have delivered from B

However, the lunch counter does leave a lot to be desired and I’m not talking about the guys that make the cheeseburgers right in front of you but the chicken mashed potatoes. Not doing this to bash I’ve been going here a long time even when they were up on ZanDale, I believe Just feel like that to go box, chicken meals, and everything could be reevaluated for quality just not good..
