- AAAidanDec 31, 20252.0Made me wait 20 minutes for a mobile order, served several people who came in after me before me, all I had ordered was a single chicken sandwhich meal. Then they hand me my drink with the lid barely on causing it to spill all over my car. Employees aren't worth the dirt in the bottom of a bucket, food was great, cooks know what theyre doing, front of house needs a serious retraining, not once was I told my wait time nor was I given my drink until 12 minutes after I arrived at the establishment and received my meal, they are not licensed officially through the chickfila corporate meaning you cannot report them to HR, absolutely terrible customer service.
