Excellent customer service from all of the crew members I interacted with. The host had really good phone etiquette and that staff member who brought the food was amazing exhibiting an impressive level of professionalism.

This was our first time at bonefish grill. We were traveling and stopped and took the Lexington location. Are experienced with top notch from walking in to the food and the service.
Are server Gracia not only went above and beyond but answered all our 20+ questions. She awesome. Told us about some her favorite menu items.
Wow, we were dining, the new managing partner, "Ms Jordan came by not once but twice. You don't get that in restaurants any more with managers coming by.
But thank you for making us feel at home and taking the time to talk to us.
Like I said, the food was awesome. Service was great.The whole adventure was one wonderful

First visit and very much impressed! Came in tonight (Friday night) around 7 pm, was sat right away and greeted at our table by a super friendly server, Yazmin. The restaurant was clean, had a great ambience, and a great menu! We got bang bang shrimp, two filets with chimichurri sauce and an assortment of sides (bacon mac and cheese, garlic potatoes, broccoli). We added blackened shrimp and a crab cake to our entrees and were just blown away by how flavorful and fresh everything was. No complaints in any way! We will definitely be back!!!

For what we ordered, it's too expensive to be eating mediocre food. The scalloped potatoes were terrible. They didn't have the correct texture for potatoes, and was more like chewing cubed sponges. I requested my proteins not blackened but medium (salmon and shrimp). It was charred from the grill with a burnt after taste. I was promised that my seafood would be cooked medium, not blackened. Someone needs to clean their grill. The bread was good. I requested lemons for my unsweetened tea, and got none. The server was polite, but I had a manager standing over me asking if something was wrong with my food. I was literally just trying to get through dinner without causing a big scene because I had requested to eat there and Jose was paying for the meal. So I ate what I could, then opted out for a to-go box. Jose and I sat down to have a business meeting and catch up with our clients. I don't recommend doing that either because of the constant interrupting from our business phone calls and staff checking on us. No dishes were busted of the table, even with staff constantly returning to our table. I was dropped off with one refill that I couldn't drink because it had sugar in it, and yet no lemons accommodated. We didn't look the part of ritzy's well to do people due to the nature of our employment, and underdressed for the atmosphere. I personally felt that they wanted us gone from the start. No problem!! $98.00 later, I will opt out for cooking at home for ourselves and with premium quality ingredients. This was very disappointing. We were also celebrating our 10 year anniversary of partnership, and successful business owners. Since the food was disgusting, I knew dessert was not going to impress me.
