The employee made sure we knew how miserable her life was and proceeds to hand “pack” it (barely filling it 60%). There are 32oz in a quart - ours measured at 19.6oz. I also asked to sample a flavor and again was met with a nasty glare. We are regulars here and this was a disappointing experience due to lazy and rude staff. This is now our experience with this same location for multiple times- all with different members of our family going in to place the order and all saying the same thing about the customer service and ice cream not being filled fully.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
