  After waiting for close to 10 minutes in drive through and on only 2 cars went through. They waited to get new orders only after someone checked out and got their food. This trick makes their ticket time lower because they waited to take orders. I will never go again my lunch break is not long enough for this horrible business practice

  Just left went through the drive thru and got a very dry roast beef sandwich. I asked for both sauces. The girl swore she put them in there but she didnt. I looked and said no there isn't any sauce. She still argues there is Arby sauce in the bag Only gave me horsey, so there isn't any arbys sauce to help the horribly dry sandwich. Sad too cause the guys who work the druve thru are alot more friendly, nice and accommodating to the guest. And this is the worst sandwich I have ever received from them. The meat is even a little greenish.

  Told them 4 times what i wanted and gave my app code. Double charged me and argued with me and didn't want to refund half my money. Service is horrible. And the food was cold

  I have always been a fan of Arby's. My favorite sandwich has always been the Cordon Bleu, but they did away with it for a few years. But now it's back, and that, along with a large size drink and curly fries, is my go-to meal.

  Tavaris ,at the window has awesome customer service. He was thoughtful and friendly.
