  We always make it a point to stop at Jimmy John’s in Leitchfield when we’re traveling, and it never disappoints. The place is consistently clean, the bread is always fresh, and everything tastes just right. I especially love their pasta and the Greek cucumber salad, it’s such a nice, refreshing change when you’re tired of the usual fast food options. It’s quick, fresh, and hits the spot every time. Definitely a go-to stop for us on the road.

  Service was extremely slow — the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, and we visit a lot of different locations. After waiting quite a while, they gave our food to another customer, which meant we had to wait even longer for them to remake our sandwiches. Very disappointing experience overall.

  I’m not sure what her name was- but whoever was the team lead (manager) was extremely unprofessional when training the newest worker but even MORE inappropriate to do infront of other coworkers- and CUSTOMERS. The atmosphere was so awkward and stiff after that. Then a few minutes after I got my sandwich and waited for the other orders of my friends she told the other coworker about how “she’s stressing me out so much” and gave a lot of personal info. Completely unacceptable.

  Order a big John and lady started making a sandwich and finish making sandwich before asking if I wanted anything else on it before I even finish paying my bill. I told her that I wanted onions and other things on it and she gave me attitude like it was my fault that I did tell her beforehand, but they never asked me as all other Jimmy John’s. lady needed to lose the attitude.
