- JHJeff HoyerApr 15, 20221.0During the last month I have ordered pizza twice I picked it up. In both cases when I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere close for 30 minutes after I arrived. The pizza had been cooked and sitting in the warmer the whole time I waited. I complained and when I left the facility the second time, the new manager told me to get my pizza somewhere else. I had yelled from the front desk and the second time even went and got my pizza from the warmer although the pizza is good I will never go back to the store. She told me I should have rung the Bell and when I told there there was none she said it must have been stolen. Whoever owns this store needs to realize they have an absentee staff who do nothing but argue and blame the customer. When I pick up my pizza I expect someone to be there and not for the pizza to be Stone Cold. per the manager's instructions I recommend everyone go elsewhere to get your pizza
