- CCCherylSep 28, 20251.0I’m not sure where Kristie, the manager, has been, but if I remember correctly, this is her family’s business. If that’s the case, they really need to address what’s happening when she isn’t around. The place has gone noticeably downhill. My family and I typically visit once or twice a week, usually at night (a night during the week) and/or on weekends (Friday nights or Saturday evenings), but lately the experience has been disappointing. The employees have been rude, and unfortunately, the managers aren’t setting a better example either. I’ve tried to get names, but employees don’t seem to wear name tags. Most of the staff I see are young women along with a middle age woman and an older woman, and none have been particularly friendly. (None seem to have a time of day for a customer when needed) I may just be one customer, but I usually bring a group with me, and I often overhear other customers complaining as well. Salad bar has very little in it, spaghetti dried out always, very little pizza or old so it sits there because no one will eat it and desserts are rarely available. I haven’t received my request for weeks (even when there is very little business) and again, I’m there a couple times a week. I work closely with the public as well as with professionals with big titles, and I often hear the same concerns echoed. In a small town, word of mouth carries a lot of weight—it can either build up a business or break it down. This is a recent shift, but it’s concerning. I strongly suggest improving the leadership there—or bringing Kristie back—before the situation gets worse.
