- MPMy PhoneDec 4, 20251.0Im not sure who owns this Wendy's but it is overrun by incompetence and laziness. Went through the drive thru, paid cash, then they handed someone else's debt card to me. After I gave it back saying it wasn't mine they just shrugged like it was nothing. After getting our food, had to take the fries back because they weren't just cold they were hard as a rock, like fries you find while vacuuming your car out hard. If the owners dont do something then I hope wendys as a corporation takes notice. I hate to even leave 1 star but it won't let me leave a comment without it so thats the only reason its getting any.
