  Thought i had a very simple order. Ordered a large curly fry, paid for a large curly fry, got a small curly fry. Oh but the best part was getting halfway thru what curly fries I did have to find the whole second half of the fries were burnt Crinkle cut fries. I understand one or two being scooped up on accident, but 10 not small Crinkle fries?

  We waited at the drive thru forever and when we got our roast beef sandwiches we had to throw them away due to the meat being very hard. Rather go to Campbellsville or Russell county instead

  The roast beef was over cooked, skimpy, and cold when eaten, so they have me old roast beef! I will never eat at Arby's in Lebanon, KY again got two fish sandwiches with mayo instead of tartar, they didn't give us our fries had to go back for them and when I called up there Jessica was rude, no hospitality at all

  1:21pm on a Sunday. 3 couples including us in the lobby. Had to wait at the counter until the drive thru person told someone to come wait on us. Waited 10min for or food. Was missing part of the food when given, and had to all for the rest. The fries were barely warmer than my mouth temp. The Au jus sauce was cold, and the sandwich was microwaved
