  Could not order. Staff too busy. Menu boards broken. Rood staff member she was r he shift leader. After 20 minuts I left without ordering.

  I ordered a pizza on March 31st at 10:52 p.m. supposedly they're open till 12:00 trying to track my order only thing it would show me is that my order was placed in the time just kept getting longer by the minute on the estimate delivery. I was food delivery driver heard a dog barking the house was dark. Yet I have doorbell cameras that work very well no one ring the doorbell I definitely didn't hear knock and I surely would have heard the dog barking myself. I mentioned this to a friend of mine and they replied with not ordered wouldn't even go through because the store was closed before midnight. So I took it that they were closed. I called the very next morning on April 1st to let it be known did I want and was due a refund. Obviously it took the money immediately off my debit card and here two weeks later I'm still waiting to get it back. Come to find out the manager working at night whomever it was did not know procedure to refund the order or cancel "which they should have contacted someone who knew" and I would have had my money replaced back on my card within 24 to 48 hours and also like some other Domino Franchise they could have offered me cash and I would have canceled the dispute with my bank.... It's a whole big mess and as much as I like dominoes "JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY" because I have no future orders. And if I could give zero Stars I would. Whoever is the franchise owner of the store they need to get their employees more training. I try to talk to the franchise owner today means that he was in the store yet I just got the manager again. I feel like the franchise owner could have reassured me that this process wasn't correct and that I would definitely be seeing my money back in my account soon.

  Refused delivery due to driver saying they didn’t want to drive, we’ve had it delivered before, received a phone call from a manager trying to refuse refund after an hour wait.

  Ordered through the app and had my fiancé pick up, but the order was given incomplete. Drove 25 minutes to pick up the remade pizza after calling just for the new pizza to be made in front of me instead of it being ready to pick up.
