Got a #3 with cheese and ketchup only that came with no ketchup (truly not worried about that one, I have ketchup at home but it’s added for the sake of not getting anything right) with a sprite and got a coke instead, my mom ordered the #3 as well but only asked for no onions, and her burger was PACKED with them plus it was cold. The drive thru guy had us repeat the order 3 times, repeated what we said to him, and yet still put it in wrong and gave us the wrong things. I can understand people being new I truly can, but if that’s the case you should have someone close by to double check they put things in correctly.
