  Good food, waitress was the opposite of friendly and inviting. I had to clear our table and ask for a take home box and the bill. The ghost buffet really needs to go. It just makes us sad and nostalgic that we can't get it anymore. The pizza and appetizer was really good, that's the main thing. I'm routing for every Pizza Hut franchise to succeed.

  Its empty most of the time but the food an service has always been good. Where they're in a small town i think it makes things better

  Awful delivery experience. Ordered through the app. After an hour the app said they hadn't even started preparing it yet and according the the estimated delivery time it should have already been delivered. Called the store and they said it was out for delivery, after 20 minutes we called again and was told the same thing, it would be there soon. Waited for another 20 minutes and decided to just cancel the order because it was going on almost 2 hours, we knew it was going to be cold, not fresh. Called again, the manager was rude, and cut us off while we were talking, after saying he would refund us, he just hung up on us. No apology, nothing. The food finally arrived after over 2 hours and we told the driver we had cancelled but he gave it to us anyway.....of course the food was cold, the fries were cold and soggy. Wings and pizza were cold. Not edible at all. The only thing good I can say is they didn't charge us. We will never be ordering there again. If they had been at least pleasant when we called and had apologized on the phone we might have been ok to try them again...everybody has a busy, bad night.....but the rudeness is inexcusable, telling us it would be there soon over and over when it wasn't. Unfortunately people warned us about this location, but we didn't heed their warnings.

  Wasn't sure about going in not greeted, tables & chairs moved out in floor, my grandson insisted so we sat at booth ordered a medium cheese pizza small & medium drink & order cinnabons waiter was friendly & also the cook after he brought pizza to the table we didn't see him anymore although I watched another guy keep messing with money in the register & a donation box on counter needless to say this same guy rang our order in which was $29.64 which was ridiculous for a medium cheese pizza Idk but I was just disgusted about the meal food price all the above
