  Bad experience today. Had coupons to render an $8.00 meal. After being told to wait on the far side of the building I got two sandwiches rather than one and a $15 bill! Would have argued an stayed to get it all straightened out but I had already spent 40 minutes in the drive up lane. Had to go. Won't make that mistake again. No more Arby's for me!!! As a supliment to the above review issued earlier, Arby's reached and appologized with the usual clap trap about how this shouldn't have happened. They completely burried the headline in their response. My order that day cost me DOUBLE what is should have. If they can't properly manage their coupons, perhaps they should refrain from issuing coupons. So I remain in the NO Arbys for me! clan.

  It’s fast food, better than most. A good break from your traditional fast food hamburger place . Staff, friendly and courteous service fast. No military discount given.

  Been waiting for food for over 15 minutes after I ordered it at the drive thru. Nothing fast about this food. I sure hope it's hot when I get it

  Ordered online at about 1:40ish. App said my food would be ready a 1:51 pm. Arrived at the store at about 1:52. Drove straight up to the drive through speaker and said I was there for a mobile order. Got up to the window after a few minutes in line and then had to wait a ten plus minutes at the window for my food. Limited interaction with the woman at the window. And when I finally got my order, no apology for the long wait and basically had the bag shoved at me. Most of the order itself was ok at best, however the French Dip sandwich barely had any meat on it and was cold.
