- AAAmanda Arbuthnot6 days ago2.0I was so excited to have subway back in Lancaster but I’m so disappointed. Every single time I’ve put in a pick up order something is wrong, if you go in and tell them exactly what to do and micromanage it’s fine but don’t waste your time doing a pickup order, I keep trying to give them another chance and there is no point. It’s a waste of their time and mine to have to go back after my pickup order is done and have them redo everything again. They either put the wrong ingredients on a single item or mix up ingredients on two different items. I don’t see why they even have a pickup option if they can’t do it right.

- GLGal LNov 25, 20252.0Unfortunately, had a very negative experience although the people behind the counter were nice the vegetables all looked like they were not fresh lettuce, and spinach were wilted and brown. Bought the new sandwich off of the protein menu and unfortunately received the same amount of protein as my husband’s normal sandwich.
