Party is to start at 1pm 20 miles away from the store. When she complains and explains she is told they can give her a refund but nothing more can be done. She steps out to car to call me and manager cancels our entire order without her agreeing to a refund even. Updating review: General manager apologized for the issues and took steps to make up for it so updating my review.
