  I don't know if I've eaten crazy cakes, but this all seems wrong. I ordered $20 worth of food (1 person, btw) from the kiosk and paid there. Before my food arrived I asked for a water cup, as I've done countless times in Taco Bell and other restaurants, fast food and otherwise. I was told it was .21 cents, and they had to pay for the cup. So, I have to put an additional $0.21 on my card to get water when I ordered food?? The cashier guy was nice, and it wasn't his fault, but I asked to speak to a manager. He said their franchise charges for water because of the cup, filtered water, and people steal (so, paying .21 cents makes people not steal?). I was really hungry, and love TB, but this nickel & dime stuff has got to stop so I cancelled my order and apologized to the nice cashier. Right now you can get a meal at a sit down chain restaurant, and one to take home for 15.99 or something. I normally suck it up for my TB fix, but yeah, no. Not in this economy! Again, maybe I'm the problem. But penny wise and pound foolish on their part, IMO. Saves me in the long run i guess.

  Poorly managed. They're always "out" of something. Tonight it's nacho cheese. How do you run out of nacho cheese?! You're Taco Bell! You put Nacho Cheese in everything you make. They run out of Baja blast so often I just stopped ordering it from this location. It's just a bad location.

  We are down here for the Truck show in Louisville and came here on our way back to the hotel. The missed the whole Supreme Luxe box. Then we called and the gal we spoke with was decent told us it was still sitting there apologized said she would leave a not and we could be refunded if we stop in Saturday morning. Stopped in no note was found manager on duty was horribly rude and didnt even know what was supposed to be in the box. Said she couldn't do a refund only could give us the food. NO one was hungry. Couldn't do a gift certificate or anything. I would not recommend going here if you want what you ordered and good service. (Ealier in the evening our son ordered and his food has tomatoes and they missed one item. He called and was told he could go get his our hotel was a ways away and he had no vehicle thats why it was delivered) the one working today was by far the rudest. This would be -stars if that was a option.

  Called to ask when the lobby closed. Was told midnight. Arrived at 11:15. Doors locked. I called and asked why, the manager told me, "Because I wanted to". Unprofessional. At least I'm not a local.
