  I went to the tropical smoothie cafe yesterday for the first time and took it to go. I got the mango magic smoothie add pea protein and a morning yogurt bowl with peanut butter bananas granola and chocolate nibs and omg I’m so impressed with both. I’m in my second trimester and having a healthy place to go for lunch or snack in Lagrange is hard to find. I hope they stay around for a long time!!!

  Second time finding hair in my food from this location. Hairnets are never used. Gross.

  I absolutely love this place. But today I was so very disappointed. I ordered food through the tropical smoothie app and had it delivered. Well, only the smoothie got delivered and not my food. I tried to talk to the person who delivered it and they told me I ordered wrong even though I sent a photo of my receipt listing my food & smoothie. I could not request refund or voice my concern over the app since it was through tropical smoothie app and not a delivery app like DoorDash. I then called the store.. I spoke to a nice girl who said she remembered my food and it was made then handed me to the manager. The manager informed me he was busy and I needed to call back later. I Still continued to tell him briefly of the issue. I wanted to know if my food was stollen or forgotten. He told me it was still there. Then he asked about my smoothie. I told him I received my smoothie but nothing else. He then said “not even a straw” kind of sarcastically. (I’m sorry, what?) I was a little shocked. I then said okay would i just be able to get a refund? He said I could come get the food or call later because he was again, busy. This is the dashers fault not the store but also the customer service is very disrespectful and disappointing on both ends. I have attached photos of my order from today & a picture from the dasher when delivered.
