    awful experience. workers have one job and can’t even do that right. it’s not hard to read what people put that they want. many people in my car were unhappy with receiving the wrong items. i had customizations on my food and that was messed up as well. overall bad experience.

    STOP trying to force me through the kiosk if I am not getting an employee discount. I stand at the register for a couple minutes before even being addressed, only to be asked if I know how to use the kiosk. I responded no, because I don't. The lady then walked me over and said, "Click here or here and pick what you want." GREAT tutorial. I asked if she couldn't just help amd I got, "The manager wants us to use this." I get it, this isn't fine dining...but where's the hospitality? If I wanted to work at Taco Bell, I would.

    We visit this location pretty frequently despite it being slow service around evening and night time, especially if you DoorDash your order!! They are notorious for messing up your order or not putting enough food inside of the tortillas. Sometimes cold if ordering at night. Very disappointed with the level of care from the staff. Seems like they need more competent management to direct them or more staff is needed in general. Other than that if you get it during the day it’s usually fine.
