    Went through the drive thru and waited 9 minutes before I could drive up to place my order. Then I start my order and the guy said we are out of chicken. Just getting off of work and trying to get home with food, this was so irritating. I wish LaGrange KY had more food places to choose from.

    Ordered a French dip meal and a roast beef double. Get home, no double. It's 9 pm on a Sunday night. Failing to get orders accurate when you pay $26 for those two meals is unacceptable. As a customer, I should NOT have to rifle through a bag in the dark to make sure there are 2 sandwiches in the bag. I should not have to drive back out to be able to eat a sandwich I paid for either.

    I experienced a overly top great experience with this Arby's location today during my lunch break , customer service was excellent food was excellent and very fresh and everything was finger licking good. I will be returning to this store again during lunch this week.
