  How sad. I wanted taco bell because I wanted a little treat. I get it's not a fancy restaurant but it was terrible. Empanadas were almost empty. Burritos reeked of onion but no onion in them. Got lettuce on items that said no lettuce because of an allergy. Wish I could get my money back. 2 hours of my paycheck went to this awful meal

  Did a mobile order atleast 5 minutes before driving to this Taco Bell- it took 10 minutes to receive our food. When we came up to the window, I was handed a Baja blast freeze when I thought I had ordered a regular- no offer to replace it. I had asked to get or even buy another dipping sauce for my nuggets and the employees were so confused by my question. I was re-read my order 3 times, they couldn’t understand that I just wanted three sauces instead of two and the lady running the drive thru charged me $.85 for the sauce. When we looked in that bag we had 5 extra sauces. I’m not sure how they couldn’t comprehend what I was asking or try to make the moment right with changing my drink out. Just get ready for a difficult time communicating with the employees.

  After multiple forgotten items & just poor experiences I am done. Once again forget entire items from our order and are rude as hell when I called to get a refund. Told me to just come back another day & they will give me the item… I didn’t pay for food for another day. I paid for today’s meal. Then to be rude to me about asking for a refund is ridiculous

  I was surprised at the freshness and preparation of the food... It was amazing and it's been years since I've had taco bell and it be good 😊

  Was very dirty they only wanted to serve those going thru the drive thru did not speak English my granddaughters wanted to wash their hand the door hast to be unlocked by a button up front and they appeared bothered when you ask to use it bathroom was a mess. Playing only Spanish Music I will not return I will contact DHS
