  Pitiful service. Second time in two visits they got order wrong. First time they brought out item they left out while I was in parking lot. Today I ordered and when I got to window they handed me something different than what I ordered. When I said they failed and said it was the wrong order they said I failed and told me I was wrong. Never going back.

  Darnell and Scotty were so attentive and nice! They made sure that we had everything we needed when we dined inside the restaurant. I wish more restaurants had employees like them working in their establishments. Food was fresh and hot. We will be back to this Arby’s!!

  This Arby’s always provides great service and freshly made food. The employees are friendly and food orders come up fast. Arby’s is a great fast food option.

  I never leave reviews but the owner of this place needs to know. We went today to this Arby’s location. Stopped in town just for food. The guy working the drive thru has to be the rudest person my spouse and I have dealt with in a fast food restaurant. My wife is a very friendly person but he was nothing but hateful. From the minute we drove up to give our order, he was rude. My wife couldn’t finish the order before he interrupted to tell us the order total. No “would you like anything else” from him. She asked for nuggets and he rudely said “No nuggets.” We got to the window and he never asked if we wanted any sauce so my wife asked if sauce was in the bag and he ignored her and told her to have a good day. So she repeated her question again about sauce and he MOUTHED to her in a condescending manner “look in the bag” and he motioned to her to look in the bag herself. It’s a good thing I wasn’t in the driver’s seat because NOPE. Evanglish needs to be on the fryer in the back… not talking to customers.
