The guy working the drive thru has to be the rudest person my spouse and I have dealt with in a fast food restaurant. My wife is a very friendly person but he was nothing but hateful. From the minute we drove up to give our order, he was rude. My wife couldn’t finish the order before he interrupted to tell us the order total. No “would you like anything else” from him. She asked for nuggets and he rudely said “No nuggets.” We got to the window and he never asked if we wanted any sauce so my wife asked if sauce was in the bag and he ignored her and told her to have a good day. So she repeated her question again about sauce and he MOUTHED to her in a condescending manner “look in the bag” and he motioned to her to look in the bag herself. It’s a good thing I wasn’t in the driver’s seat because NOPE. Evanglish needs to be on the fryer in the back… not talking to customers.
