- CCCommander-RR6 days ago5.0I have been to many Chick-fil-A restaurants in many different states, but none, except this one has any employee opened up to me about his family, where they migrated from, and about more of his family that lives near us. They live near Charlotte NC and is involved in Nascar working there. It was an awesome experience. Great food to.

Friendly staff and solid order accuracy. Drive thru speed has gone down a bit since they closed the second lane but I've gotten like 4 "sorry for your wait here's a free entree cards" in a month so I guess it has an upside.

This new Chick-Fil-A Slider is about half the size of the regular sandwich. However, I was charged for a full sandwich-not a Slider. What happened? Don't all Chick Fil A's have the same supplier. Customer service is always great. I should have taken a picture of it and posted it. I did not notice the small size until I got home. Thanks for listening

I have been a loyal customer since this location opened and NEVER had any delays in the drive thru until recently. All of my visits are at same time of day, early in the lunch hour (11 AM). I used to be in and out of the drive thru with my mobile order in under 5 minutes. Today I was in the line for 12 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I received my food. This has been my experience since the change. In the realm of "fast food", this is a major increase

The young female server who took our order was incredibly kind and patient, even though our English was not easy to understand. She always kept a smile and treated us with great care and respect.
