Today, my experience was follows; I pull up to a silent speaker. Fine, it takes a few seconds, right? Several minutes. I proceed to place a simple order of a couple tacos, and seemingly distracted, im met with "you said a (taco)?" No.. I ordered several items. I get the order placed successfully second try. Fair enough. I pull up after a couple minutes wait in line, and met by the couple in one-another's arms for a good while. About a minute, really?? They disappear. For roughly 2 minutes? I know it's Saturday, short staff isn't fun to manage a busy restaurant, but that was utterly unnecessary. For the sake of your customers, let's get the high-school romance drama taken care of.
