  They do not know how ordering through the phone works when we order a sub 15 minutes ago we walk in and you haven’t even touched our stuff and you say oh sorry we’re not gonna talk to us until the very last second that doesn’t make any sense I’ve now waited 30 minutes when there’s four people behind this counter to make two subs absolutely ridiculous. There’s no point in ordering ahead here because I don’t even treat it as such with no time care for your order. They just randomly do what they want. Don’t waste your time or money. This place sucks there’s 1 million better subways.

  This subway is by far the best subway I have been to in NKY. They care about picking out the bad vegetables, always have good portions, and they care about their family business. Place is cleaned every night.

  I got a pick up order and when I got home I realized my bread wasnt toasted. My sandwich wasnt good at all, so I called to see if they could do anything about it and eventually got told " You wouldn't like it toasted so I didnt toast it." Place is weird.

  I think this is the best Subway in NKY, hands down. We have tried to go to the one in Walton for years, but their customer service and food are just terrible. I was yelled at by the male worker over showing up to get our order two minutes early and they only put tiny amounts of food on your sandwich and then smash it down, I believe out of spite. The food also tastes old, stale bread and wilted veggies. This one is worth the drive and is super friendly, we have been a few times now and are always greeted with smiles, our food is top notch and the sandwiches are piled high! And the ingredients are so fresh. They even have a designated pickup area, and they label the sandwiches if you have multiple in an order. The other stores should take note. This is how it’s done.

  Service and food was excellent! My sub was very tasty and they do a great job here!
