She was being very loud with the other blonde. They were making inappropriate comments, and my child overheard them and kept repeating it. It was absolutely not okay! I should not have to fear that my children will hear such nonsense in a workplace environment. I understand they’re teenagers, but c’mon! I’m not usually one to make a silly report 🙄, but this behavior is NOT acceptable.

I pull up to the window, pay and get sent forward to wait because "they are still making my drink". When it finally comes out, the drink is iced. I state again that I wanted a hot beverage. "Lexy" begins to explain to me how they attempted to give me a hot beverage and I refused it. Then continued arguing with me about how I should just accept the iced beverage. I demanded a refund, got attitude from her and walked out. While writing this review, 3 employees come out. They ask what I am waiting for and when I explain the situation, I am asked "then why are you still here?". "Lexy" comes out and shuttles them all inside. "Have a great day sir!" Great experience. Thank you for making sure I never use this restaurant again, "Lexy".

I wish I could post a pic of the donuts I always get from independence dunkin but there terrible. The fact that they sell them for money amazes me how there still in business when donuts are there most popular food item. Lol im done with independence dunkin.
