It also seemed to be way overloaded Of with toppings and sauce, which normally I would appreciate, but may have been why the crust didn’t cook all the way. It was super busy Friday night and the pie still wasn’t ready when I arrived (a bit late) to pick it up so I just don’t know if they were rushed trying to get orders out the door but sending customers home with undercooked pies is not the answer.
