  Just ordered a large hand toss pizza it was delivered pretty much raw with sauce and pepperoni. You guys need to leave your pizzas in the oven a tad bit longer. Not looking for free food just won’t order pizza there again.

  Really disappointed with this local Donatos the order was 30 minutes past expected delivery time and when we got the pizza it said it was made over a hour from the time of delivery and the pizza wasn't even warm and we are 10 minutes from the store we really like the pizza but it's a shame the service is so bad

  Ordered a create your own hand tossed pizza online for Pickup. Got it home and the crust was completely underdone, doughy and gross. It also seemed to be way overloaded Of with toppings and sauce, which normally I would appreciate, but may have been why the crust didn’t cook all the way. It was super busy Friday night and the pie still wasn’t ready when I arrived (a bit late) to pick it up so I just don’t know if they were rushed trying to get orders out the door but sending customers home with undercooked pies is not the answer.
