  Placed an order online and it said 25-35 minutes and when I went to check on the status of my order they switched it for the following day and didn’t even alert me when I called the store she tried to place the blame on me saying they close the delivery window at 10:30 I ordered at 10:22 it would have been nice to at least get a alert that the order wasn’t getting fulfilled

  Party of two. Was not crowded. First time and likely the last. Took forever to get order taken. Wings were not even warm. Potato wedges came after wings. Were never offered a second soda. Even if our server was too busy for us, one of the other servers walking around or a manager should have noticed that our cups were empty for several minutes and offered us a refill which no one did. Among the worst service we have ever had.

  Absolutely terrible service & food. We went in as a big group and there weren’t many people around us. It took us over 40 minutes to get our drinks. We didn’t get to order our food till 1 hour & 20 minutes of us being there. We didn’t have our food till 2 hours of us being there. They didn’t even bring out all of the food. They came back out 3+ times with over 15-20 minutes between each time to bring food. 3 of the kids didn’t even get their food till it was time to leave and we had to make them bring it out in a to go box. My boyfriend’s food came out cold & looking like it had sat for a while. I told one of the higher up’s & she said she would get him new wings while proceeding to take his off the table while he was mid bite. They came back out still cold. When we went to leave, we still hadn’t recieved our fries from our order & the waiter put it on our receipt. We asked him to take it off and told him we just didn’t want them. He gives a new receipt with the fries STILL on there just moved to the top so we then had to wait for another receipt again. We will never be back. Absolutely terrible service in every aspect. There were waitresses standing around who could have helped our waiter but they left it all to him & by the time we had left, nobody was even sitting around us. They weren’t busy at all & truly there was no reason for this experience to be so bad.

  I had to wait 30 minutes for the menus the place was almost empty and they said they thought we were with people 3 tables away from us
