We came in and sat down and never had a waiter come to our table on a not busy day (there was 2 other tables with maybe 3-4 people each). We sat there for 15 minutes before leaving and not even the manager was surprised it happened. Another time we order food thru door dash only for the dash wait 30 minutes to get the food and when it arrived it was cold. Don't waste you time or money here, go down to Ft Wright or Florence if you want Buffalo Wild Wings.

I dont know how many times I have been in here to see him playing on a bowling game. While everyone is in Kaos. Then turn around and act like its everyone else's fault that the location he is supposed to be running is in distress. Nice job guy. I hope everyone can see what kind of person you really are. As well as corporate.
