- LDlewesley dailApr 10, 20261.0Yesterday, 4/9/26, I purchased a 6” tuna sub on white bread combo, only to discover after I arrived home and opened the sandwich, I discover long black hairs inside the sandwich packaging. I called the store immediately to complain. The person answered the phone said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve reached out to Hopskinville department of health to file a formal complaint. I took pictures of the hair and my receipt!
