  Whoever orders from here please be careful; I called earlier today to inform the McDonald’s that they forgot to include my child’s happy meal with delivery and she basically called me a liar. “We have a very experienced person working up front and she wouldnt forget an item. If your delivery driver comes back we will not remake your food.” Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you did. I’ve worked for many different McDonald’s locations across the United States and I know damn well it’s not in the company guidelines to argue with customers over whether or not you’re right or wrong. The delivery driver was kind enough to repurchase what you forgot in the bag so you got paid twice for one item received. In my 10 years of working in customer experience I have never had such a disgusting attitude from an employee before. Will never be ordering from here again and will be contacting corporate.
