On Saturday, October 4th, I ordered a large ground beef pizza with extra sauce and a cheese pizza with extra sauce. Both were completely awful, hard, dry, crunchy, and tasted terrible. The overall presentation looked old and unappetizing, honestly, not even fit for my dog. When I called the store to report it, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a manager and never got to speak to anyone. What makes this worse is that this isn’t my first issue with this location. I decided to give them another chance, but they’ve clearly shown they don’t care about quality or customer service. I highly recommend you avoid this Domino’s in Hopkinsville. They’ve lost my business for good!

As far as the person who cooked my pizza it was under cooked. So when i got home and tried it, it was doughy. So i called the store to let them know about the issue. They guy that answered the phone only option was to bring it back up there and they could do it again. I explained to the person that i just came from there and i don’t have gas or the time to make the trip again. He said that’s all he could do because they needed the pizza. So there goes my dinner for tonight. Needless to say that will be my last and final time of dealing with dominoes. I will not recommended to anyone i know. In fact i will let the people i know, know how my experience was. I guess they don’t care since it’s not them!!
