- NCN&N Homestead ChannelNov 23, 20252.0Pretty upset about my recent visit with this Dairy Queen, we went through the drive through because my son was asleep so I tried ordering by the food, but the older lady working the drive through kept cutting me off and then being short and rude with us that we ending up not getting several items and just paid for whatever was already in the computer! We tried explaining that the speaking box was playing not only her voice but other younger woman voice so it kept switching back and forth(or playing both at the same time) when the younger person voice came across it wasn’t obvious that she wasn’t talking to us until the second time but the First Lady got upset. I know it sounds confusing which is why I waited a week to even write this but I can’t get over how disappointing and disorganized this place was. There wasn’t a rush in the line or inside so to be so upset with someone who was trying to ask which person was actually taking the order.

After getting our order from the counter,we decided to sit outside,but with all the rain we had the tables were wet. I went inside to see if I could get something to dry them off,and without hesitation Keke grabbed supplies and not once,not twice,but three times she went back into the store and got supplies to dry the table. This young lady exhibited true customer service and made our visit very enjoyable. Thank you for making our day a little more pleasant.
