All they did was refund my money but not my daughters which bought food directly after mine. As I waited for my refund, the manager went on to help other another customer. I told her I had people waiting on me and she said I have customers waiting as if I wasnt a customer. I Loved Chipotles but the Hopkisnville one, never will return.

After waiting for the meat to be cut they then realized they were out of queso and informed us after our was made that it would be another 20 minutes before the queso would be ready. Steak and queso are two main ingredients in the food offered, customers shouldn’t have to wait for those to be replenished

There was only 1 employee out of the crew that was trying her best to give good customer service. The others looked at you like you were inconveniencing them by coming in and wouldn’t even say a word. The food was ok at best. Do better Chipotle! Won’t be back to this location, I’ll stick with Clarksville.
