  A great place to share, excellent menu, pleasant atmosphere, excellent service from the staff, plenty of space, a very good menu with lots of variety. You can go alone or with company; it's definitely a very cozy and quiet place.

  My 10 piece boneless was cold and hard so we asked the manager I think her name was Liz to drop me some fresh ones without a hold time and found out she just brought me 10 more out of the same batch !!!! Very shitty!!!!! But our beautiful server took care of it which is the only reason why it got 2 stars.

  Ordered directly from the menu i was given. Asked for an Octoberfest Sam Adam's, server asked, "Sam Adams?" I said, "the Octoberfest." She replied, "yes." I was brought the winter ale and when I mentioned that it didn't look like an Octoberfest, she then stated they didn't have it anymore and this is the new seasonal. Not what I ordered. Poor start when server can't get drinks right. Floors could use a vacuum because they are littered with debris. Not a fan of the honey garlic, i see why it's limited. bb q's off exit 1 has honey garlic flavor that puts BWWs to shame. Shouldve picked another flavor. Wedges were good. Winter beer is gross, wouldve rather got a beach bum, might very got 2 of those.

  Good place to eat for an early lunch....immediately got a seat. Food was ready fairly quickly. Service was a little delayed, but an overall good outing.

  Kolleen & Jonathon were really rude. Kolleen got mad bc my order was wrong I said bone in and the cooks gave me boneless, I overheard her say the cooks were being useless and she don’t know why they’re not getting anything right. As a coworker that is very rude and as a server just because you’re angry with something else doesn’t mean take it out on the customers. didn’t refill my drink, had to stop her everytime we needed something because she acted like she didn’t want to help us with anything, she walked right past us when she know we need help. We asked jonathon for napkins and he said to ask our waiter in a rude tone, but was helping every other table around us. both of them were staying by the back tables unless they needed to go to the kitchen, basically just overlooking us as if they didn’t want to help us. when we were about to leave she mixed our checks up and was rude about it when tryna get it fixed so she called the manager and the manager was also rude, slammed change And had a smart mouth. I never got treated like this anywhere. Definitely won’t be coming back. Place definitely needs a whole new crew.
