I cannot believe that the toolbox was broken, the tools on the cake were broken in half and the writing was not even centered on the cake. They called me and asked to use red icing on Saturday morning because they were out of blue. The icing bled all over the cake and by 6 p.m. the night before Father's Day (my scheduled pick up time) I was pretty much out of options despite the fact I pre-ordered and prepaid for this cake on Thursday. I purchased a Father's Day grill cake in the past for Father's Day and it came out amazing (Baskin Robbins Ft. Campbell Blvd in Clarksville) so I had no reason to expect they would hand me something that looked like a toddler had decorated. I was celebrating two very special men today and this was supposed to be their dessert. The cake I paid for and the cake I received are two totally different things. I would very much appreciate it if someone would contact me.

They made the wrong cake, handwriting was horrible. Ordered a cappuccino blast while waiting. Took 35 minutes to make as drive thru takes priority over inside customers. Do not waste your time or money.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
