  While I do understand that no place is perfect, this is not my first time at a 7 Brew. On seperate occasions I have had to wait SEVERAL minutes for ONE drink, I’m not usually an impatient person but when I have to wait 20+ minutes on my drink before work, it’s kinda unacceptable. To top it off, the picture below shows how my drink came to me, this is also not acceptable, a barely half made drink. For the cherry on top, my husband and I have gotten SEVERAL wrong orders already which is very frustrating because they are not complicated. I find it difficult to say but, maybe y’all weren’t ready to open? I understand that maybe your staff is still training, but this is not a good representation of the other wonderful 7 Brews I have been to.

  You’re better off driving 40 mins to Clarksville if you want 7brew. Rude employees, order wrong half the time (it’s impossible to tell when they hand it to you. No sticker or anything showing what the drink should be, and the employee just walks away after handing it to you). There has been multiple times where I pull up at about 645/7ish, only for the employees to pretend like they’re closed and not come take my order. Staff is also very uninformed when it comes to what they offer on their menu. I had one employee suggest a drink one day, only to be told by another employee the next day that they can’t make a drink like that. Nobody is on the same page, clear lack of training and clear lack of give a damn from the employees. Hopkinsville has once again ruined something nice.

  I really don’t enjoy leaving this bad review because I love other 7 brew locations. I frequent the Murray 7 brew and it’s amazing as well as others when we travel. I’ve given this new Hopkinsville location *6 chances* now because I know it’s new and may take a while to get things figured out however every single time my drink has been horrible (not exaggerating) and I’ve not even been able to drink it. One time they put my lemon concentrate for my tea in my husband’s coffee with cream which curdled it and made the cream instantly chunky and sour. Every other time my green tea or flavored fizz has had so little (or no) syrup and flavoring that it barely has any color or flavor ( strawberry or raspberry usually leaves your drink red, not clear). It tastes like drinking a flat soda or water that you’ve left on the counter for 4 days where all of the ice has melted to ruin the flavor and it’s old and tasteless. These drinks are too expensive to keep trying to give them a chance and unfortunately we won’t be going back. Worst 7 brew I’ve ever experienced. Staff isn’t friendly either and they’re extremely slow.

  My sister and I love 7Brew we’ve been several times and our experiences have been amazing….until today. We sat in line for an hour were skipped over several times during ordering when we finally ordered we ordered teas one with almond milk and iced and one with coconut milk and hot. We got up to pick it up both drinks were wrong no flavors no milks and the tea bags were left in the cups, I told them I didn’t think they were our drinks I explained why the girl rolled her eyes and took the drinks back. While we were waiting for the drink to be brought back we could hear the girl who was making drinks say “who puts milk in tea, it’s tea” which doesn’t matter it’s not their drink it’s ours. They also didn’t bother to remake the drinks or make sure to make them right they just poured on regular milk and brought them back to us still wrong. We took the drink which were still wrong and just left we were not going to wait in line for another hour to get the drinks done right. On top of all that we ordered a pup cup for our dog with us and they forgot to give it to us twice we had to ask for it twice after having already ordered. We will give them another shot because past experiences have been great but today was really inexcusable

  This location wasn’t my first introduction to 7Brew so I already knew what to expect when visiting. Majority of my visits here have been good however a few things I’ve noticed that I’d like to share. The staff member at the cash drawer that was waiting to hand me my drink was continuously wiping their nose with their hand. This may be her first food service job but a simple retraining is definitely needed. Secondly, the ice maker didn’t have filtered water my first visit but after my most recent visit i didn’t notice the chlorine taste again so I think that’s been rectified thankfully because I wasted $9 the first go around. Lastly, your staff needs retraining on how to keep the line moving appropriately based on who arrived first. There is no reason I should be waiting 10 minutes behind a line that hasn’t moved at all while one singular staff member takes orders and can’t keep up to the point she’s continuously taking orders from the inside lane that was already moving and continued to move. 8 cars went through the inside lane by the time 1 went through on the outside lane. Your staff is very nice, as expected with any 7Brew, however some minor things do need attention. Editing my review after my visit the day following my first review to add my most recent experience. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this locations training. The outside lane never moves. There is always a worker taking orders on the inside lane and again 5 cars got their order on the inside lane, even though they all got in life after me, before a single car moved in the outside lane. I’m going to go back to driving to Clarksville location until this disaster gets sorted……..Hopkinsville can’t have anything nice 😩😭
