    EDIT: Kristen Hornberger of Mcdonalds emailed me and was incredible. My complaint was addressed and she was nothing but amazing. Review is being updated because, Mcdonalds, you need to keep people like her. 10/10. Just waited 25 minutes for a 3 item order, then hung up on when I (politely) asked for a refund after needing to leave.

    Depending on the time of day, service is better. Faster in the morning and at lunch. Slower in the evening. Food is always the same. Fast food. Fills the spot…far from healthy. Wish they’d bring back salads and grilled chicken options.

    I regularly stop at this McDonald’s on my commute because of its convenient location, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The service is always slow, even when placing a mobile order, and almost every time I’m asked to pull ahead and wait. I typically order a double cheeseburger with extra onions, yet without fail, it arrives with fewer onions than the standard portion. I’ve overlooked this recurring issue in the past, but today was worse than usual — my fries were cold and soggy, and my Diet Coke tasted flat. McDonald’s is known for having the best, crisp fountain sodas, so that was especially frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to provide feedback and request improvements, nothing ever changes at this location. The lack of consistency and care makes this one of the least reliable McDonald’s I’ve visited.
