    Ordered a few pizzas for pick up at 10:30. A call service in India took my order and said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Drove up there at 11:05 and the lights were out with not a single car in the lot. I checked the website and the Hillview location is supposed to be open until midnight on Fridays.

    I’ve always loved going to Pizza Hut—the pizza has been great, and the atmosphere used to be awesome. Unfortunately, my most recent visit just wasn’t the same. The restaurant looked like it could use some remodeling and a good cleaning, and the overall atmosphere felt poor compared to how it used to be. The service was okay, but there was a lot of employee chatter and complaining, which took away from the dining experience. I truly hope to see this location get back to the high standard that made Pizza Hut such a fun place to go in the past. – KYCS Consulting (“Keep Your Customers Smiling”)

    Ordered carryout and walked inside to pick up. There was a group of 7 or 8 15-16 year old boys hanging out at a table, some of whom I assume work here because they kept walking back into the kitchen and coming out with individual wings. Then they decided to practice their boxing on a pizza box. Another one opened a soda bottle that had obviously been shaken, made a mess on the floor, and then yelled for his mom in the kitchen to come clean it up. I don’t know where these boys were grabbing the wings from which made me nervous to eat my own wings, but my husband already paid for our food. We won’t be back
