  We went there tonight and it was horrible! We dined in, had to order at the counter ( not a big deal)…ordered a large pizza, cheese sticks, and a personal pizza with 4 drinks. Food was brought to the table with no silverware, no way to serve the pizza. We asked for silverware and was given plastic forks, asked for ranch for dipping and had to pay extra for it. This is definitely not somewhere we will visit again..an employee must have had her kids with her while she was working as they were screaming and running around the restaurant…the employees that we dealt with definitely didn’t want to be there working!

  FOOD IS FOUL-- wrong order was delivered to us. I have called the store 18 times between 9 last night to now & not a single time has someone answered the phone. Dogs in the lobby during business hours & they do not wear gloves during food prep.

  We ordered a delivery order for dinner last night, 12/05/2025 - Two pizzas, a salad, and a side order of fries. The delivery gentleman arrived with our order and the first thing he says, "they said they didn't have a salad and they will credit your order." Before he left, we asked that he wait while we checked our order, and he kindly did. After checking the order, we noticed they had forgotten our order of fries also. At that point, we tried to call the restaurant to discuss our order and the credit that needs to be issued. We sat on hold for 25+ minutes - No one ever answered our call. When we went to eat the pizza, the dough was not even fully baked - it was raw. We were unable to eat the food. We never received a phone call, a credit has not been issued, my credit card has been charged for the full amount. This is absolutely unacceptable.

  This place is a nightmare compared to what it used to be, you walk in it's a ghost town, you sit there for 5 minutes before someone appears, they don't have enough staff because the CEO won't staff the company appropriately, we know we can tell, the food is completely disgusting compared to what it used to be, you've cut so many corners it's nasty, you no longer serve beer which was where all your customers came from, because beer and pizza go together, that ruined your business, nobody wants to come sit down inside the restaurant anymore because it's horrible, it was better left alone and not tried to be improved on, some people like nostalgia, the whole reason people came to the restaurant in the first place was because of the way it looked, yum brands has ruined all of these restaurants, they've ruined KFC they've ruined Taco Bell and they've ruined Long John silver's they've ruined all of them.
