He seemed very happy to provide good customer service apologizing stating he will fix it as he did he was very polite and I hope that the management team will find out what his name is and give him the kudos that he deserves. Also the guy who greeted me at the window to pay was really nice as well overall really happy with the customer service aspect that I received

The food is always good, the service is great. The employees are always friendly. But damn. The presentation I receive when I unwrap my food? Always looks like it's been thrown together in a hurry. Lopsided burgers. Half assed dressed. Looking like y'all's in a hurry to expedite orders. C'mon y'all. You can do better.
