    After waiting an hour the online tracker said that my order was still in prep mode. The estimated delivery time was well exceeded. I called the store and they said that it hadn’t even been baked yet and would likely take another hour to arrive because they “had a lot of orders”. I get they are busy but 2 hours to get one pizza delivered is crazy. They get 1 star for allowing me to cancel with no hassle. Wish I’d known this an hour ago
